Abstract

In the theses, based on the analysis of philosophical and pedagogical literature, the main directions of the philosophy of education as an independent scientific discipline are considered. The features of two directions in understanding the subject of philosophy of education are revealed: "a philosophical approach to the problems of education" and "problems of pedagogy through the prism of philosophy."
