Abstract

This article provides information on the advantages of a plain bearing that distinguish it from a rolling bearing. Each type of bearing has its own advantages and weaknesses, which makes it possible to use a separate type under certain conditions. Of the general purpose, only the purpose is to support the shaft and create minimal friction during operation
