Abstract

This article highlights the results of research on the general biological and faunistic study of ground beetles (Coleoptera, Carabidae) in the northwestern regions of Uzbekistan. In line with the regional distribution of studied ground beetles, 36 (34.6%) species were found in Ustyurt, 59 (56.7%) species in the Kyzylkum desert landscape, 30 (28.8%) species in the Lower Amudarya biosphere reserve, and 52 (50%) species and subspecies in the agrocenoses.
