Abstract

This article provides information on microencapsulation technology, used facing materials and their application in the food industry. This technology is used in various industries. The encapsulation technology is currently widely used in pharmacology, chemical, cosmetic, food and paint and varnish industries. It is used to improve the functional properties of products and increase their shelf life.
