THE IMPORTANCE OF AUTOMATED MOBILE SOFTWARE IN POSTAL SERVICES

Abstract

The article focuses on the development of an automated mobile application system for the processing and delivery of postal items by the Uzbek Post. Proposals and recommendations have also been developed for the introduction of automated self-service complexes for the delivery of postal items. The authors scientifically substantiated their views on the provision of new types of services to the population by studying the services of foreign postal enterprises in resolving various conflicts on these issues.
