USING PUBLIC ASSISTANCE IN EXPOSING CORRUPTION CRIMES AND PERPETRATORS

Abstract

The article is devoted to issues of public participation in exposing and investigating corruption crimes that pose a great threat to our society and public administration, its development. The authors discussed the necessity and conditions of cooperation with the public of the state bodies responsible for bringing the case to court in the investigation of this type of crime. Also, the legal basis and importance of increasing the effectiveness of investigative bodies and public cooperation in bringing the case to court are described.
