Abstract

The structure of economic relations, economic laws make state entrepreneurship an objective necessity in any derived national economy. An economic system based on market relations requires a mixed economic system. It is based on the predominance of private entrepreneurship, the need for public entrepreneurship, and even the need for economic activity on the basis of public-private partnership .
