Abstract

This article examines the foundations of social development and the development of
scientific, philosophical and creative activity in Central Asia in the XIV and XV centuries. It
is emphasized that the reasons for this development are the result of Amir Temur's state
system and his prudent policy. A. Temur's diplomatic relations between East and West
served as the basis for the next period and prosperity.
