Abstract

The article examines, on the basis of literature data, the problems of storage and sale of cryocrushed products and raw materials of plant origin from the point of view of changing their quality and presentation. The data are presented and the influence of various factors - temperature, storage atmosphere, nature and methods of material packaging, on the quality of the object is discussed
