Abstract

The experience of world development shows that global crises, along with a negative effect, always open up new opportunities for development, contribute to the progress of technologies and their accelerated implementation. The COVID-19 pandemic has divided our world into pre- and post-like eras, exacerbated old contradictions, increased social inequality and inequality between countries, changed the established way of life for everyone. The economy, healthcare, education, culture, and the social sphere faced serious problems. But at the same time, the crisis also gave a powerful acceleration to the previously started innovative processes based on new technologies and new approaches to solving the problems of social development.
