Abstract

This article is dedicated possible solutions to the problem that may arise at hotels and restaurants that are part of the tourism industry using the case study method. In this given problematic situation, solutions were considered without harming concepts such as customer rights, the reputation of the restaurant, and the active employee’s contribution to the company’s development. In addition, in this situation the subtleties of managerial ability have been revealed.
