A built-in system for continuous remote technical control and diagnostics of devices and elements of railway contact systems is proposed, which makes it possible to determine their most informative and reliable parameters at any time and transmit information and measurement information in digital form in order to improve reliability. For the first time, the expediency of using an autonomous power supply of the proposed diagnostic system based on a solar photovoltaic cell installed on supports is shown.
