Abstract

The article examines the study of the possibilities of solving the social problem of protecting the rights of students in the field of education, as well as in the field of legal education. Studied informatization as a leading vector in the development of modern education. It also identified the problems of protecting the rights of the child in a number of modern global problems as a period of a pandemic. The author analyzes the issues and ways of solving the problem in the field of education and the main directions of organizing distance learning in jurisprudence.
