Abstract

This paper focuses on the verbalization of the concept of “man” and “woman” in English and
Uzbek languages and provides a comparative analysis of representation of these concepts in
two culture and find out differences and similarities in two language proverbs. Currently,
more and more attention is paid to processes related to linguistic culture. That is why the
article presents an analysis of the urgent issue of verbalization of the concepts “man” and
“woman” in English and Uzbek languages. Moreover, in this article are considered several
methods and descriptive techniques such as analysis, synthesis, analogy and observation.
