Abstract
The examinations were performed on 60 patients with gout. Of the patients examined, 35 (58.33%) were diagnosed with metabolic syndrome. The most common risk factors for coronary heart disease in patients with gout are arterial hypertension (AH), a decrease in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HSLPVP), and a decrease in cholesterol (cholesterol). and hypertriglyceridemia and aggravate the disease in relation to the clinical course of the underlying disease.
