Abstract

During the years of independence in our country, someone comprehensive measures have been taken and are being effectively implemented to combat corruption. It is known that corruption in every possible way hinders the political and economic development of any society, destroys the constitutional and moral, and ethical foundations of the state, weakens democratic institutions and the rule of law, and leads to a serious violation of the rights and freedoms of citizens. Corruption, bribery, and extortion contribute to the growth of organized crime, terrorism, and other threats against the security of all mankind.
