FUNDAMENTALS OF EVALUATION OF THE VALUE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Main Article Content
Abstract
The origin of the concept of intellectual property is associated with the French legislation of the late eighteenth century. The tradition of the proprietary approach to copyright and patent law is based on the theory of natural law, which originated in France and developed as a result of the work of French philosophers. According to this theory, the right of the creator (creator) of any creative result is an inalienable natural right arising from the nature of creative activity and existing regardless of whether this right is recognized or not by the state.
