Abstract

The formation of the qualities of a strong personality is one of the prerequisites for a manager to work on himself. However, let us pose the question: how do the concepts of “strong personality” and “strong leader” relate to each other It is possible to be a strong person and still not be a strong leader, although strong leaders are usually strong personalities. The problem, therefore, is that in order to succeed in managing other people, a manager must remember that working on oneself certainly involves developing purely managerial qualities.
