FORMATION OF THE CONCEPT OF INTELLIGENCE IN FOREIGN PSYCHOLOGY

Abstract
At the beginning of the twentieth century, a number of studies were conducted in the field of intelligence. The study of human mental development remains one of the most important tasks facing science today. The problem of intelligence is one of the most studied topics in both former Soviet psychology and foreign psychology. In Uzbekistan, in the psychology of the former Soviet Union, and abroad, the issue of interpreting the essence of the intellect is approached differently, but the common goal is to reveal the intellectual development of man, his characteristics and peculiarities.
