Abstract

The article focuses on the development of an automated system of processing and delivery of postal items by the Uzbek Post. Proposals and recommendations have also been developed for the introduction of automated self-service complexes for the delivery of postal items. The author scientifically substantiated his views while analyzing the services of foreign postal enterprises in overcoming various contradictions on these issues.
