TEACHING THE TECHNIQUE OF RUNNING SHORT DISTANCES
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article proposes a methodology developed by the author for controlling the movements of the upper limbs in running over short distances. Its application makes it possible to exclude irrational movements and create special conditions that put the athlete in front of the need for a clear organization of the motor activity of the hands. Correction of this lack of technique opens up additional opportunities for increasing the speed of overcoming competitive distances
