Abstract

School management is a creative process that is reflected in the varied ways in which school leaders work. Just as no two people are exactly the same, there is no one and the same leadership style. Leadership style is embodied in direct contact of managers with their subordinates, in their interactions. Style is formed by the totality of social relations in a team, but style largely depends on the leader. One and the same leader integrates the educational and economic activities of the school.
