Abstract

The study of the actual nutrition of preschool children and the assessment of its impact on anthropometric indicators is considered one of the urgent problems. Therefore, modern diagnostic methods, in particular, a statistical study of the characteristics of dependence on blood tests, are one of the important issues in studying macronutrient deficiencies in food ingredients and their effect on a young organism.
