Abstract

The article presents the results of research conducted on rocambole, which is considered a new vegetable crop in the conditions of Uzbekistan. Racombol was found to be significantly different from garlic in terms of biology, morphology, yield and other characteristics. As a result of the research, a new vegetable crop, rokambol, was isolated in the conditions of Uzbekistan, and its morphobiological properties were studied and botanically described.
