Abstract

In recent years, along with the agricultural structure, the local horticultural fruit processing industry has been rapidly developing in Uzbekistan, in particular, a lot of attention has been paid to the cultivation and processing of nuts. Walnut fruit is the first place as a raw material of food products and confectionery industry. At the same time, the development of nut plants is driving the rapid development of the nut food processing industry, but currently, in our country, the equipment for separating the core from the shell and cleaning nuts has not been developed. . The thickness and intensity of the outer shell of different nuts greatly differ from each other, which does not allow the application of the working principles of cleaning machines used for hard-shelled fruits.
