Abstract

The article emphasizes the role of independent learning in improving the quality of the educational process in higher education. There is a need to fulfill the tasks set for the education system at the present time, the need for students to independently master the teaching materials, to stimulate their professional growth, to increase the responsibility of teachers in cultivating creative activity.
