Abstract
The article describes speech, and one of the concepts of quality is the intelligibility of speech. The well-known factor of speech intelligibility is given. Also, using the analysis of data from the school speech of a school teacher, other factors are given. The practical application of the research is in the possibilities of their application in the classroom of rhetoric and culture of speech in the development of perspective representations of both native and foreign languages, where students are constantly used with a teacher, in the end it is used to play students in all cases, including in structure of intelligible speech.
