Abstract
Relevance of the problem Acromegaly is a neuroendocrine disease caused by chronic excessive secretion of growth hormone in individuals with completed physiological growth and characterizing pathological disproportionate periosteal growth of bones, cartilage, soft tissues, internal organs, as well as a violation of the functional state of the cardiovascular, pulmonary system, peripheral glands, various types of metabolism.
