Abstract

This article discusses the development of methods of teaching the Russian language for the children of compatriots living abroad, which is an important state task. Its solution allows consolidating the space of the Russian world, promoting Russian cultural and educational values in the international space, using the Russian language as an element of soft power. Innovative methods of teaching Russian as a native and second native language are relevant in the period of total distance learning
