ANALYSIS OF CRITICAL CASES IN OBSTETRIC PRACTICE AND THEIR FORENSIC ASPECTS
Main Article Content
Abstract
The authors analyzed 46 critical cases recorded in the Bukhara region in 2018-2020. The first place among critical conditions in obstetrics in the Bukhara region is occupied by bleeding due to emergency surgical deliveries. The cause of obstetric bleeding was violations of contractile activity of the uterus, as well as extragenital diseases and complications of pregnancy, accompanied by a violation of hemostasis. The main indication for an emergency delivery was premature detachment of the normally located placenta, in a planned manner - an incomplete scar on the uterus after cesarean section. The allocation of the "near miss" condition to a separate group allows for a more in-depth analysis, to study problems in the provision of medical care in maternity care facilities, which in turn contributes to the prevention of maternal mortality
