NEUROLOGICAL COMPLICATIONS WITH SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHESIS (CASE REPORT)

Abstract
A clinical case of a neurological complication in systemic lupus erythematosus-acute cerebrovascular accident is considered. The analysis of neurological symptoms, differential diagnosis with neurological complications in other systemic diseases were carried out. The scheme of treatment of this patient is given. The necessity of studying antibodies to phospholipids of the IgG classes, lupus anticoagulant and determining the activity of the disease with the study of antinuclear antibodies and antibodies to double-stranded DNA is shown. Systemic lupus erythematosus has been identified as a non-modifiable risk factor for ischemic stroke.
