Abstract
Games and competitions are among the social events not limited to physical education and physical development. They emerged a long time ago and evolved at the same time as community culture. Different needs for personal development through games and competitions, physical and spiritual, interpersonal relationships, entertainment and recreation. They also perform a pedagogical function, i.e. they are excellent and important teaching tools. The article also discusses the practical significance of this method.
