Abstract

 

 In this thesis, a legal analysis of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of intellectual property is noted, and the main types of offenses occurring in practice are noted and the mechanism of protection of rights to trademarks is studied, ways to restore the violated rights of owners of means of individualization of goods and services and issues of prosecution for an offense in the field of intellectual property
