Abstract

Vertebrobasilar circulatory insufficiency is a separate topical problem due to its symptoms, complexity of pathogenesis, prevalence, difficulty of therapeutic approach. (2,4,13). To date, the cause of acute circulatory disorders in the brain is 30-40% due to acute disorders of the vertebrobasila system (5,8,11). Despite the numerous studies conducted in this area and the modern evidence in the literature, diagnostic aspect treatment measures in elderly patients with this pathology require special attention. Factors that negatively affect the treatment of vertebrobasilar dysfunction include cognitive and psycho-emotional disorders in the elderly, which lead to a decrease in motivation in patients and the need for rehabilitation treatment
