Abstract

The tasks of operational-search activities related to the fight against crime are solved by conducting operational-search activities. Nevertheless, the law"on operational-search activity "does not have the concept of"operational-search activity". This now leads to a different interpretation of the Operational-Search event by scientists and operational staff of the field.
